ANIMATION

I've been using Flash to make animations since the program was owned by Macromedia. Over the years I have created a collection of award winning shorts, informationals, and music videos.

GAME DEVELOPMENT

Partnering up with talented programmers, I've created casual games that have recieved high amounts of praise from online magazines like Joystiq and CNet. These games are available online for free, mobile devices, and the Windows 8 store.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Creating packaging, logos, and an all-around brand for a product. Designing sensible menus and layouts for both physical and digital projects.

    Professional Voice Actor

    A voice actor for League of Legends, Dragon Ball Z: Abridged, and well known for his infamous role as the Skullgirls announcer. Tomar has worked with me on many projects providing quality voicework.

  • Jon Sandness
    Microsoft Programmer

    Jon and I worked together for over a year to create Symphonic Tower Defense. With small projects like this, the risk factor is low so we focused on bringing one-of-a-kind gaming experiences to the table.

    My design mentor, educating me on web development and working with clientele. A dynamic artist capable of great quality animation as well as top notch voice acting.

NOT AFRAID TO GET STARTED

It is my philosophy that I should always strive to learn something new, try something fresh, and not be afraid to fail. Others hesitate to get started on a project, overthinking every move as a way of protecting themselves from doing unnecessary work. That's not how I function. When my file corrupts or closes without saving it is always a tad disappointing, but it increases my enthusiasm about how I could do it even better the second time. None of my published projects are first iterations. They were done, and re-done, and done once more. The only way to succeed is to make mistakes and learn from them.

Programming an arduino board and using conductive fabric, I created a tie that could play short MIDI jingles when certain buttons were pressed.

Interned for an indie game company for one semester, where I did the art and programming for a Kindle Fire application using Unity3D.

Relive Your Life
_interactive narrative

A storytelling game that can end in 29 different possible ways. Narrated by Arin "Egoraptor" Hanson. Animated and coded by myself.

High Tide
_animation

After creating a physical model of the setting, I animated a 3D short in Blender about a machine that would exist in that environment.
